These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of inc-systems.com and any related pages or forms operated by INC Systems (“INC Systems,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

7. Forms, Submissions, and Email
When you submit information through a contact form, newsletter signup, resource download, or referral form on this site, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. Information you submit is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Do not submit passwords, multi-factor authentication codes, payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or protected health information through any form or by unencrypted email. These channels are not secure. If we need sensitive information from you, we will direct you to a secure method.
Any suggestion, idea, or feedback you send us that is not covered by a written agreement is provided on a non-confidential basis, and we may use it without restriction or compensation.
Submitting a form does not create a client relationship, a support ticket, or any obligation on our part to respond. Do not use this site to report an outage or emergency. Existing clients should use the support channels defined in their service agreement.
8. Text Message (SMS) Communications
8.1 Program description
Program name: INC Systems Client Support Messaging. INC Systems offers two-way text messaging as a technical support channel for existing managed services clients. Clients text our support number at 810.213.8802 to report an issue, including sending photos of error messages, hardware, or equipment. Our technicians reply with troubleshooting information, ticket numbers, and status.
INC Systems responds only. We do not send the first message, and we do not send marketing, promotional, or unsolicited text messages of any kind through this program.
8.2 Eligibility and how to join
This program is for existing INC Systems clients and their authorized contacts. You join by texting 810.213.8802 Sending us that message is your agreement to these terms and your consent for us to reply by text about your request. No form, keyword, or signup is required. You must be the subscriber of the mobile number you use, or be authorized by the subscriber to use it. Participation is voluntary and is not a condition of any INC Systems service.
8.3 Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on how often you contact us. You may receive several messages in a single thread while an issue is being worked. This is not a recurring or scheduled messaging program.
8.4 Cost
Message and data rates may apply. INC Systems does not charge for text messages. Any charges assessed by your wireless carrier are your responsibility and depend on your carrier and service plan.
8.5 How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message from our support number at any time. You may also opt out by calling 810-213-2100 or emailing info@inc-systems.com. We honor plain-language requests such as “stop texting me,” “unsubscribe,” “cancel,” “end,” or “quit.” Capitalization and punctuation do not affect a valid opt-out.
After you opt out we will send one confirmation message and then no further text messages. Opting out does not affect your service agreement, does not close any open ticket, and does not limit your ability to contact us by other means. To resume, reply START or simply text us again.
8.6 How to get help
Reply HELP to any message from our support number, call 810-213-2100, or email info@inc-systems.com.
8.7 Delivery, carriers, and emergencies
Message delivery is not guaranteed. Messages may be delayed or undelivered due to carrier network conditions, device settings, or filtering. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Major United States carriers are supported, and carrier participation may change without notice.
Do not use text messaging to report a service outage or any emergency requiring immediate response. Call 810-213-2100 for urgent issues.
8.8 Appropriate use
Do not send passwords, multi-factor authentication codes, payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or protected health information by text message. Text messaging is not an encrypted channel.
8.9 Privacy
Information collected through this program is handled as described in the INC Systems Privacy Policy at https://inc-systems.com/privacy-policy/. No mobile information collected through this program will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent records are never shared with third parties.
9. Relationship to Client Service Agreements
These Terms of Use govern use of this website only. They do not modify, replace, or limit any master services agreement, statement of work, service order, or other written contract between INC Systems and a client. Where these terms conflict with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls as to the subject matter it covers.
Nothing on this site constitutes an offer to provide services, and no client relationship is created until a written agreement is executed by both parties.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
This website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, INC Systems disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free, or that the site or the servers that make it available are free of harmful components.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, INC Systems and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of this website, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to this website will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless INC Systems and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, liability, or expense, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of your use of this website, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
13. Governing Law and Venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to this website will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Genesee County, Michigan, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
14. Severability
If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
